I recently watched the King Of The Hill Movie so here is my in-depth review.
Some info first:
The King Of The Hill Movie is a epic space opera anime. It was released on 4/20/17 directed by JJ Terinteno, written by Georeg Luca. it stars actors like Edwin Darkblayde, Elziabeth Bathory, Clifford and Bill Clinton. I feel that Micheal Spealburg did a really good job editing the movie with his signature style.
Plot synopsis:
The movie is about the character Hank Stryder, A intergalactic bounty hunter and salesman of propane and propane accessories; However, propane and propane accessories are outlawed by the Star Federation. This inspires our protagonist to join in on a space rebellion and take on a hair-raising adventure.
Characters:
I thought that despite the controversy on the casting choice Bill Clinton did an amazing job depicting the character Hank Stryder, he really projects emotion in a realistic way and really helps the audience empathize with the character. Elizabeth Bathory did a great job on the love interest; Lady Peg she is really good at being strong and sexy in any role. I especially love the performance given by Clifford (of big red dog fame) as Bill Detrovo an ex-military commander defected to the rebellion, i found his character particularly compelling and Clifford did and excellent job depicting him.
Production:
The set design was fantastic, i really though the hell cave in the 2nd act was as massive as it was implied the char coal star felt menacing and imposing as well as gloomy and dark. It was top-notch.
The Conclusion:
I believe this is the start to a promising film franchise. It was a great movie with fantastic editing, great set design and the best characters
I’ve seen
in years. i’m looking forward to seeing more from this team of very talented humans. This movie was a must-watch and i’d whole-heartily recommend it. 10/10
